Offering people (aged 21 - 45 years) opportunities - to up skill themselves, gain employment or just better their current skill set. As a charity our hope is to help the masses, however efforts will be concentrated on the less privileged and predominantly ethnic minorities, helping create better communities, leading to an increase in skilled work force - contributing to the economy.
We are very fortunate to have people helping us on our journey; from different industries, working in senior positions for highly reputable companies and organisations. They will support in creation and running of courses and the progression of the charity - helping with the development of trainees.
Our team members of experts have/currently work for the likes of Parliament, Bank Of England, HMRC, Apple (HQ), Goldman Sachs and many other reputable organisations. The companies and organisations mentioned, are a snippet of the collective wealth of expertise Filisa is associated with. Having people from a wide variety of differing industries, helps to broaden our scope on subject matters, and the way we wish to bring positive change.
Started this organisation from embracing my 'why' (purpose) and experiences had. Having made financial mistakes, career blunders amongst many other errors, I believe it is wise to share and help the multitude avoid such.

Many do not get the best out of training courses (currently provided), and struggle when applying learnings to new job, which is widely experienced by many.
​
The aim is for ethnic minorities and less privileged to learn, and from the sharing of knowledge and experiences, empower you to be the more successful version of yourself!
